The Arrival: Call Him Jesus!

Luke 1:31-33
In this Advent message, Pastor Ed reminds us why we call Him Jesus. His name is not symbolic or sentimental. It declares His mission to save. From the promise of His birth to the purpose of His coming, Jesus is God stepping into history to rescue humanity from sin and separation. The virgin birth confirms that salvation is God’s work, not ours. Jesus came close so we could know God personally. As we prepare our hearts for Christmas, we are invited to move beyond familiarity and respond in faith, worship, and obedience to the Savior who has come.
