CBC East Worship Night

Join us on Sunday, September 14, for Worship Night where we will come together in praise, share vision for our new campus, and connect with the surrounding community.

Get Involved

At CBC, church is more than a building. It’s a family. As we launch campuses across San Antonio, CBC East will be a place where lives are changed, families are strengthened, and the hope of Jesus is shared.

If you’re interested in serving with CBC East, your journey starts with Equip. Complete Equip at Central Campus and select East Campus as your serve location. This ensures you're ready to join a team when the new campus launches. Equip is a three-step journey designed to help you discover your purpose and make a lasting impact.

CBC KIDS

We’re excited to announce that CBC Kids will be part of our new CBC East Campus! At CBC, we believe the next generation is worth everything. From babies to teens, we’re committed to providing safe, fun, and Christ-centered environments where kids can grow in their faith and form meaningful, life-giving friendships.

What to Expect

All CBC campuses have the same worship experience, with a live worship band, a campus pastor who shepherds the church, and a live-streamed sermon from Pastor Ed Newton.

We will be announcing service times as we get a little closer to the launch date.

Absolutely! We’ll be sharing more details soon. In the meantime, please make sure you've completed Equip at Central Campus and selected East Campus as your serve location on the form. That way, you'll be ready to jump in when the time comes!

Maurice Cox

CAMPUS PASTOR

Maurice has been married to his first ministry, Aisha, for nine years, and together they are raising their son, O’Shea. He met Jesus at 18 in his home church, where his faith was nurtured by his grandmother, Ernastine Poole, and his mentor, Bishop Charles Gibson. A graduate of North Park Theological Seminary with a Master’s in Christian Formation, Maurice is passionate about building bridges across cultures and creating spaces that reflect the multi-ethnic mosaic of God’s Kingdom. In his free time, he loves roller skating, classic movies, and good food. Fun fact—he’s a fraternal twin!
